Clearbase Solutions provide IT support and services to the business community in Yorkshire. Formed in 2003, Clearbase employs professionally qualified technicians to help companies with the increasing complexity and escalating costs of IT.

When Clearbase were launching the business they were looking for assistance in developing the right marketing messages for the customer brochure and also developing a pipeline of prospects to drive the revenues in the crucial first few months of the business.

fresheye developed a direct marketing programme to acquire prospects. This included identifying the target

market, developing offers for that target market and implementing a telemarketing project to generate meetings with interested companies. The primary objective was to generate 30 meetings over 3 months which would result in 10 contracts.

The programme was a success and after 3 years of trading, Clearbase are now a successful IT services provider consistently winning new business and with an increasing number of ongoing relationships.
